Valentines Love

It’s Valentines!

In my world, Valentines Day means time to focus on self-love as much as love for others. As you may know, 2016 is my year of Radical Self-Care. This is so much fun as everything I do is through a filter of love for self.

My radical self-care ideas list reads something like this:

  • Laughing
  • Bubble baths
  • Yoga in beautiful places
  • Massages
  • Deep connection with like-minded souls
  • Swimming in warm water
  • Journalling
  • Listening to music in the sunshine
  • Meditation
  • Dancing with abandon
  • Spinning classes with great music
  • Giving and receiving love

 

There is much, much more, but that gives you an idea. So I’m intrigued; what does yours look like?

In Love with You?
You already know the importance of putting your own oxygen mask on first? How good are you at doing that?  How much do you focus on your own self-care? Where in your day do you give yourself space? How much are you paying attention to the home you live in – your beautiful body? I invite you to spend at least part of this weekend in radical love with yourself. What will you choose to do? Nurturing for Growth Day Package

For Valentines and Mothers Day, I have put together a Nurturing for Growth day intensive for anyone who would enjoy spending a full day of nurturing the mind, body and soul, releasing barriers that they’re experiencing to connecting deeper to themselves together with exquisite pampering.

I will tailor the day specifically to you and what you want to achieve, but a typical day starts with an early morning private or group yoga class, following which we will spend a full morning of coaching and therapy to really get into the things that will make a difference in your life. The afternoon begins with a light lunch at a beautiful London restaurant, followed by a relaxing massage or similar bodywork session. We will then conclude the day with a consolidation exercise to allow you to carry the benefits of the day with you into your life.
