About Kirsty

My passion is in helping people to live more connected and fulfilling lives, to discover their true potential and to step into their dreams.

As a founding member of LA based 4PC – a highly curated mastermind group of the top 4% of brilliant coaches worldwide – my path to creating success for my clients does not follow a conventional coaching framework. I’m not like other coaches.

Through a powerful and bespoke programme, I create coaching relationships with individuals who choose to no longer walk their default path, but instead step into a magical created path, achieving fulfillment beyond their wildest dreams.

As Coach, Writer, Speaker and a Cognitive Hypnotherapy Master Practitioner – a discipline which includes NLP, Positive Psychology, EMI and a number of other methods of unconscious change – I have a unique combination of qualifications (HPD, DipCHyp, NLP, MPrac) that can move you through the unconscious patterns that hold you back in life.

I originally trained at the internationally recognised Quest Institute in London and have worked with some of the world’s leading coaches both in London and more recently as part of a mastermind group in Los Angeles. My mentors, trainers and people of inspiration include Trevor Silvester, the founder of Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Rich Litvin, author of The Prosperous Coach and founder of 4PC, Jack Pransky and Steve Chandler. I also use the teachings and principles of Sydney Banks, Byron Katie and David Deida in my work.

Over a number of years spent working in the creative industries I developed a strong interest in self development and in what it takes for people to achieve their full potential and to begin to live life to their most powerful selves. I originally studied Stage Management and Theatre Production at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and then went on to attain a degree in Arts Management at the University of Greenwich.

Writing regularly for the Huffington Post and frequent public speaker, including popular presentations at TedX London and Be Extraordinary,  I also offer small group coaching salons, retreats and workshops tailored to specific individual needs or to help other coaches and therapists work more powerfully with their own clients and to create thriving practices.

I work one-to-one in London and also internationally via telephone and Skype. My clients include people who have a sense that more, or different is possible; people who have a desire to find their passion or purpose, perhaps create a legacy project to positively impact the world in some way, individuals who desire to enjoy more of their lives, to let go of what it is that holds them back from better relationships or greater personal happiness, or maybe something completely personal to them that they would like support with.

I work with people from every walk of life – CEOs, MDs, social entrepreneurs, performers, directors, writers, artists, and probably people just like you, to guide them toward reaching so much more in their lives than they might once have thought possible.

If you would like to find out more about working with me, I’d like to invite you to an exploratory chat.  I’d love to hear from you about where you are at, where you’d like to be, and what makes you extraordinary, and we can take the conversation from there.
